Ingredients

Serves 4-6

  • ¼ cup (60 mL) vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) spreadable cream cheese
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) icing sugar
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) coconut, shredded
  • 20 strawberries

 

Directions

  1. Wash strawberries and cut off the stem.  Use a paper towel to dry them.
  2. Mix yogurt, cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Put coconut in a small bowl.
  4. Dip the bottom of each strawberry in the yogurt mixture. Make sure the yogurt comes up the side a bit.
  5. Dip each strawberry into the coconut.
  6. Put a tiny amount of yogurt mixture on top of each strawberry.

Get Tropical this Holiday Season

Add 1/8 tsp orange or lime zest to the yogurt mixture.
